His works are mainly in Paintings and Graphics - drawings. In his imaginary world weirdness,beauty and satire are mixed together. Twisted and deformed silhouettes and expressive contour characterize Jaroslaw  Ancuta’s works. Intense but soft colours play the major role in his paintings while tangled but very detailed webs of fine lines are so characteristic for his drawings. Once the process of creation of the next artwork begins the end is always unknown and unpredictable for its author. Each piece is a separate story which builds up in Jaroslaw’s mind and gradually is revealed on the paper or canvas from a tip of a pen or a brush.
